This past couple of weeks have involved a lot of fixing vehicles, walking and visits to the mechanics. This past weekend i had to stay in Belize City because of the broken vehicles. The cross member on the drivers side rusted out and broke while we were driving. We had to walk about 8 miles to get back to the village and then spent a full day trying to get the van to Belize City to get repaired. Prayers for the van to keep working until we get a replacement would be very much appreciated. I have also been fightimg a pretty bad sore throat, but thanks to some prayers, im all better. I am having a lot of fun, and getting a lot of work done, even though most of the work is maintenance and daily chores. We are also praying for some rain to fill our cisterns.

Belize Missions - Michigan Team 8/4
This past week, a team from Michigan has been up doing missions work with us. The villagers, Calvary Baptist Church ( from Michigan), and Belize Missions and Retreat have all worked together to build a house for Millie(a villager), finish a playground set for the government school in the village, paint Nigel's (another villager)house, and hand out 105 backpacks to school children. A very successful week. I also have officially completed all the requirements to graduate high school, so we are waiting for my diploma. Yesterday was the Michigan's team excursion, so we tookthem to Caye Caulker, and we had fancy dinners and went snorkeling with sharks and sting rays. The teams flight leaves at 2:20, so we are saying good-bye right now. They would appreciate more prayers for a safe journey home. I would also appreciate prayers for the exhaustion.
